LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

All non-electrical products are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for the lifetime of the product. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment.

 

FIVE-YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY: BATHTUBS WITH AIR TECHNOLOGY

Air, whirlpool, and total massage bathtubs are covered under a five-year warranty to meet stated performance specifications and be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment.

 

ONE-YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY: ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

All products with electrical components (including lighting and LED mirrors) are covered under a one-year warranty to meet stated performance specifications and be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment within one (1) year from the date the product is delivered.

 

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

If the product is used commercially, in a multi-unit setting, or is installed outside of the contiguous United States and Canada, Zatakshop warrants the product to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects within (1) year from the date the product is delivered.

Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use are not covered. For example, “living finishes” on unsealed items such as copper, bronze, nickel, teak, and bamboo can be expected to naturally change over time and with normal use. This is not considered a defect and is not covered under our warranty. Other exclusions include damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement or repair, and damages due to improper cleaning, misuse, or neglect.
